Despite facing challenges with their school buildings, Aylesford School in Warwick, remained committed to providing valuable career guidance to their students and enhance their CV building skills. Through innovative thinking, they transformed a local community centre into a space for their popular career workshop sessions. The Aylesford workshop is part of our wider programme, funded by the Warwickshire County Council Future Careers Fund, which aims to empower students in 23/24 with the skills they need to succeed. During the workshop, Aylesford School students came together for group challenges, using Skills Builder skills like active listening to help each other achieve task objectives. The result was an impactful and inspiring learning experience that will undoubtedly benefit them in their future careers.
