Services for Adults & Communities
Career Seekers Direct are proud to be a partner of Warwickshire County Council to delivering job searching services to people in the local community. A current services we are supporting is the Warwickshire Supported Employment Service. This programme is designed to support Warwickshire young people and adults with autism and learning disabilities with an aspiration to work.
Our team of Employability Coaches contribute to the success of the programme by delivering services which inspire those they work with to gain and sustain employment, striving towards independence and develop essential skills along the way. We meet our customers in the small group Job Clubs we run and in one too one job searching sessions.

In 2022, we were also a partner organisation for the Warwickshire Brighter Futures programme. This was funded by the Community Renewal Fund (CRF) with an aim of supporting over 600, 16-30 year olds to improve their employability skills. We supported the following activities: :
